Hiya,
Today, I want to share a simple yet powerful mantra with all of you – "Flops to Wins: Retry, Rise, Repeat!" Life is a journey filled with ups and downs, successes and failures. And here's the catch – it's not about avoiding failure; it's about how we respond to it.
Think about it – some of the most successful people in the world faced tremendous setbacks before reaching the pinnacle of their achievements. What set them apart was their ability to turn those failures into stepping stones toward success.
So, let's embrace the setbacks, the stumbling blocks, and the moments when it feels like we've hit rock bottom. Because in those moments lies the opportunity for growth, for learning, and for a powerful comeback.
Retry, not with the fear of failure, but with the wisdom gained from the experience. Rise, not just to overcome, but to stand taller and stronger. Repeat, because every attempt, every setback, is a chance to rewrite our story.
Remember, it's not about how many times you fall; it's about how many times you get up, dust yourself off, and keep moving forward. Let's turn our flops into wins, not just as a personal triumph but as a testament to the resilience within us all.
Thank you.

Embarking on a journey fuelled by words, I am Arsha, an impassioned speaker weaving narratives that captivate minds and inspire hearts. I don't normally offer only words, but instead strive to communicate effectively via experiences and tales. Having the opportunity to talk on stage in front of a large group of people has always inspired my inner self to learn more about any subject I desire to discuss and effectively convey it to others.
Life is full of surprises, and I feel I will be able to leave a few notes in your thoughts when I leave the stage. My major goal is to step forward by making mistakes, as I feel that’s the greatest privilege we all have. Dare to make mistakes, and dare to learn from them.
I am from India and came to the UK as a part of my masters in artificial intelligence and data science (yeah, it’s true, coding was really a nightmare and I survived). I always had this dream of standing up and speaking in a completely different country in front of a group of people with a smile to have a conversation with them about different topics. More than a speech, I hope it will be a conversation or interaction in which the audience participates.
I hope to see you all soon :)
Have a fantastic day :)
