Stress affects every single one of us in our lives, in some way shape or form. We cannot avoid it, can't live with it, can't live without it, what do we do about it? Why and how does it make us feel so sick?

You will take away some knowledge of what stress is, the stress response and how it affects the body. You will also gain an understanding of good and bad stress and ways to check if stress is making you sick.
