In September 2011 around my first training course for Solicitors on business lasting powers of attorney. Prior to this I've been working out how business lasting powers of attorney fitted into the legal community. Prior to this there was no guidance or accepted practice on creating business lasting powers of attorney. This talk is aimed at business owners and aims to introduce them to how better protect their business. The talk also discusses succession planning and conducting business audits.
