Sara has spoken for organisations in the UK, USA, Latin America, Nepal, India and Australia. She has also worked with organisations in UAE and France. Sara is bilingual (English and French).
Sara gives tailored talks about lived experience, the employee life cycle, supporting neurodivergent people in the workplace, resolving conflicts, supporting HR and ERGs, neurodiversity and families, Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging; domestic abuse. Women in business; women in tech. Sex, relationships and dating for neurodivergent people (Sara is co-authoring a book due for release in 2024, with Bontle Senne).
Sara works in counselling, training and creating products and services related to neurodiversity, both in the UK and internationally. Her principal project is in health tech: an emotional regulation and community app. Her company Wired Differently has a thriving Virtual Assistant service and also works in Advocacy, Support, Learning and Development, Education, Public Speaking, Coaching, Neurodiversity Business Training, Independent Workplace Mediation, Coaching. Sara is Director of Start Differently a charity working to support neurodivergent people in the work and self-employment.
Sara-Louise particularly enjoys engagements that are oriented towards people of all neurotypes understanding each other better, for a productive and harmonious workplace.
