We all know how important language is for communicating with each other. We also know that the way we use language to express ourselves, can impact in many different ways others.

However, we don't pay much attention to how we interpret and process the information we receive from the outside. Even more important, we place almost no attention to how we let the outside world influence us through the meaning we give to words. The words we all listen to when someone says something direct to us.

Let me tell you my story and how we can shift our lives by shifting the meaning of what we listen to.

About Mário Isqueiro

We all have this phenomenal capacity:

"Once we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change".

I have a vision and a mission. My vision is that all human beings help each other in order to make everyone's life easier and better. My mission is to contribute in any possible way to make that vision possible. As an oncology nurse, mindset coach and motivational speaker, I gathered along the years many stories and experiences. I share these, alongside with my own life story, to help enhancing self-confidence, self-esteem and overcome self limitations. I also share practical techniques during my talks, which improve concentration and focus levels.
