I am a retired tax and financial adviser living in North Yorkshire.

After obtaining a History degree from the University of Hull I have retained an interest in the subject throughout the past half a century. Over the past 25 years I have researched my own family history and assisted others to do theirs. I am a member of Knaresborough Historical Society and Harrogate & District Family History Society.
