About Nick Clyburn

Nick Clyburn is an award-winning former Air Traffic Controller with over 40 years of experience in both military and civilian air traffic control. During his highly successful career, Nick rose through the ranks in command and HQ staff appointments before working as a senior consultant in the air traffic control industry and then as a civilian air traffic controller and manager at some of the busiest airports in the UK. Nick has managed and advised in almost every facet of air traffic control, from state-of-the-art radar systems to war-torn theatres of war. His anecdotes inform, educate and entertain, and his smooth and effortless style is especially suitable for group presentations.
