About David Wadkin MBE

I became a member of Probus in November 2018 and promptly went on a planned trip to New Zealand. As an experience Senior Manager and Chair of numerious committees, I offered to be part of the committee before I left. It was in New Zealand when I recieved a message congratulating me on becoming the new Vice Chair of Probus!

The varied talks delivered in Probus have always been interesting, fascinating and informative. I had my first opportunity to deliver a talk when asked to speak at a members morning after discussing a recent trip abroad with members.

I was asked to speak again the following year and included invitations to speak at other Probus groups (It appears word travels fast!). I have now become a regular speaker and continue to add to the list of my talks.

As a keen photographer with a love of the outdoor, travel and adventure, you can be assured of high quality photographs supported by interesting facts (I have received good feedback on the quality of my photography). I prefer the human touch by meeting groups face to face.

Where will I travel................ I have a Motorhome and a wife willing to navigate! Just minimun travel costs.
