I am an intuitive Artist, Poet, and Creative Healing & Wellness Coach, with 20 years experience of teaching and giving inspirational talks to schools, clubs and Rotary. Having overcome 20 years of severe chronic illness, I am also founder of the national environmental health charity: MCS-Aware.
Passionate about supporting people to get creative and follow their hearts. I give talks on a variety of healthy living themes, and lead guided art and online mindfulness workshops suitable for all ages and experience. For example:
'Try Abstract Art' is a 90-minute workshop suitable for complete beginners and experienced artists. Learn how to use expressive techniques with paint and collage to create your own authentic piece of abstract art. This session can be adapted for particular themes and events and is suitable for online sessions.
You don't need paint to make art! Zentangles Workshop is a mindful art session using just pen and paper online, where I lead the group step by step to produce an amazing geometric pattern. By the end of the session everyone will have their own beautiful piece of art.
Poetry and Art - Dragonfly Collection Hear the poetry and have a private viewing of the abstract paintings from my Dragonfly Exhibition, where I'll share the stories and techniques behind my process.

Release and Flow Meditations A fabulous way to promote relaxation, less stress, and to promote clarity and confidence. These sessions can be online or in person in Dorset. I'll guide the group through a relaxing meditation with tuning fork sound healing, followed by an active meditation expereince using journaling and or neurographic art techniques.
