10 years ago, it was almost entirely on an applicant to turn up to an interview armed with a CV and dell themselves. Today, it's equally important for a company to have it's own CV to present to the candidate.

The next generation want to know what you will do for them and what your company does for the world. What is your purpose? What do you stand for? What are your values? What do you do to make the world a better place? How are you sustainable or what are you doing to become sustainable? What does Leadership mean to your company/business?

This talk is a dive into how you can create a company CV to attract and retain the best talent. The talk can be tailored to suit an agenda but typically lasts 30-45 minutes.
