About Michelle Smith

Michelle Smith, the founder of Empower Workplace Solutions has over 20 years experience working in specialist palliative care and oncology in a range of roles from junior staff nurse through to Director level roles leading frontline hospice clinical teams through the pandemic. This experience is now used to help others understand how they can use effective communication skills to respond, manage conversations and support their own emotional wellbeing when those they are supporting are facing significant changes because of life limiting illnesses.
