Security professional and qualified self defence and conflict management trainer.

With a background in the Military Police and port security I have been training people in security skills and talking to WIs for over 25 years.

My own life has been shaped by several life changing events giving me my own outlook at the world and the power of a positive mindset and overcoming adversity.
