Cats Protection offers an exciting series of interactive further education guest lectures, providing industry insight and linking with BTEC and City & Guilds animal management modules.

The series features the following topics:

-Careers with Cats Protection -Health and disease -Feline behaviour -Human/animal interactions and training -Welfare and ethics

We use engaging activities, case studies and interactive resources to provide learners with an insight into the animal welfare industry.

We can also deliver sessions virtually and learners can engage with content using their personal devices.

Learners will receive a certificate of completion, perfect for achievement record folders.

Cats Protection Community Education Officer for South and Southwest England, Kirsten Hawkins, can offer FREE interactive and fun sessions for schools, colleges and community groups of all ages.

Kirsten and her team of excellent Volunteer Speakers can deliver talks in Devon, Somerset, Bristol, Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire either face to face or virtually. Talks can be delivered talks in the morning, afternoon or evening.

Talks include exciting and engaging videos and animations as well as photos and stories about cats that have been rehomed by the charity. Whether in person or virtual, Cats Protection sessions are highly interactive with games and activities so everyone can get involved and have fun.
