If you are a human or know anyone who is, this talk is for you.

Hearing issues affect us all—whether you experience them yourself, encounter someone with hearing difficulties, or learn about someone with hearing challenges. Understanding hearing health is crucial for our well-being and for supporting others who may face these issues. Gillian and Andrew Campbell share their deeply personal story. Andrew’s hearing loss was sudden, overnight, around ten years ago. Gillian reflects on how her husband’s unexpected hearing loss reshaped her perspective on what it means to hear well and how life changes when hearing diminishes. Their journey led them to co-found ‘Hearing Ambassadors’ with Dr. Cheryle Berry MBE. We will discuss the charity's mission, vision, and future plans to: • Raise awareness among those with good hearing about the unseen effects of hearing loss, fostering understanding and empathy. • Encourage everyone to prioritize their hearing health and not take it for granted. • Share simple tips to improve communication, regardless of hearing ability, whether at home, work, or in the community. • Highlight good practices and direct people to support groups and organizations that assist those with hearing loss and their loved ones. • Promote open conversations about hearing loss, reducing stigma and fear of being teased. • Inspire the next generation to protect their hearing and promote Hearing Awareness to young people through their Sound Warriors initiative Just as we care for our bodies, our ears need attention too. Are you ready to embark on a journey towards better hearing health? Hearing Ambassadors are here to help. Their engaging presentation will equip you with valuable knowledge that can positively impact your life and interactions, providing practical insights and strategies to enhance your ear health and understanding of hearing well-being.

In this thought-provoking talk, you will discover 5 things that you can start doing right now to give your ears the loving they deserve.

Email us today and we will arrange to visit your organisation in person or online and let you know how Hearing Ambassadors are making a difference.
