The team at Acorn Wills is headed up by Kevin F. Heath MSWW.

Kevin is an extremely talented lawyer and can create solutions for even the most complex of estates. Kevin is fully trained via the College of Will Writing, is a Full Member of the Society of Will Writers, and is also a member of the Law Society.

When asked about his working methodology, Kevin said…

With this in mind, we know our potential clients will be most comfortable in familiar surroundings, so we visit our clients at home thus minimising stress, however, during these times of isolation, Kevin has switched to online appointments, seminars and talks.

Our area of expertise is in preventing sideways disinheritance. Specifically, preventing home owners having to sell their home to pay for care home fees. It is the children’s inheritance, not propping up the healthcare system. We feel very strongly about that!
