She learnt early on how to connect with people without working hard for it, just simply by being her. Her curiosity about people on the other side of the phone, resulted in £120m in new business sales in under 2 years.
In 2012 she discovered she was dyslexic and dyspraxic and was curious to find out more. There was a passion to heal and so she certified in hypnotherapy, NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique, Life Coaching, Reiki and undertook some shadow work on herself. She realised just how many people needed to do shadow work in order to truly show up, her philosophy is to be celebrated not just tolerated!
Ruth-Ellen has delivered neurodiversity training to the Financial Times, Endemol Shine & Ravensbourne University.
She currently lives in London with her son and daughter - normally glued to a Netflix/Prime show extracting life lessons (at least that's her story).
