Helping your loved one recover from Anorexia is a challenging, exhausting and confusing process, and often it's really difficult to know what's the best, or the worst thing, you can do. Whether you're helping a teenager or adult child, or whether you're supporting a close friend or partner, I will help you understand how to start helping them; we will look at what's involved in family based therapy, and other evidence based approaches, drawing on my many years clinical experience along with my own recovery from anorexia.
