Hearing Dogs for Deaf People is a registered national charity dedicated to increasing independence and confidence in deaf people. We provide, train and support specialist Hearing Dogs to achieve this.

Our volunteer speaker will explain the issues deaf people face in their everyday lives, and demonstrate how our Hearing Dogs are trained to support their owners to lead more independent and active lives. If possible we will bring along one of our amazing dogs to meet you.

For adult groups we ask for a donation to cover the cost of organising the talk which is normally set at £40 (and goes to the charity). If this is a problem, there may be other ways in which you can support us instead. We make no charge for youth and children’s groups, but would be delighted with any donation or fundraising you feel able to give us.
