A talk about Walkers of Ricky a firm of builders and timber merchants which lasted for the first half of the 20th century They turned to building boats to enable gravel extraction from the Colne valley from Rickmansworth towards London. when the gravel was exhausted locally they carried on to open leisure facilities - parks and fishing lakes
