My talk is about stress relief using laughter and mindfulness exercises. I have delivered the talk to several WI’s and it has proven to be an informative and fun evening. The duration of the talk is approximately 50 minutes. I describe the origins and benefits of laughter yoga and mindfulness and there are also some fun, practical elements. There are not any special clothing requirements and the exercises are chosen so that everyone can participate, however limited their mobility.
