My name is Mark Mullally and I am the NatWest Community Banker for North London. Whilst I am based in Harrow I cover the whole of the North London area but can of course present countrywide if your group meets via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Part of my role is to raise awareness of, and educate the wider community about, fraud and scam prevention. The presentation explains how scammers identify and approach their targets, the social engineering techniques they use to draw people but most importantly how best to keep yourself from falling victim. I would add that the talk is free, impartial and available to all. You do not need to have a connection with NatWest. It is very much a community minded initiative. It would be my pleasure to speak to your group, please don’t hesitate to contact me for further details or questions you may wish to ask. I very much look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind regards Mark
