Menopause

If we struggle to recognise and understand what’s happening to our bodies and minds during peri-menopause, we’re unable to manage its impact on our lives, our jobs and our families.

You're not weird. You're not bonkers. You may be peri-menopausal a lot sooner than you ever imagined.

This talk helps you understand just what is going on and how it impacts on your body and your mind.

It addresses the need to acknowledge and understand not just how we are changing but how the way society sees us is changing - and how that sometimes blocks us from finding the best solutions.

It encourages you to find ways of supporting yourself and each other and to move forward into this next stage of your life with strength, purpose and pleasure.

The talk includes hand-painted slides and animations and lasts for 20-30 and I will be around for the rest of the hour to facilitate discussion and answer questions. Clients can also book brief 1:1 sessions.

About Helen Clare

If we struggle to recognise and understand what’s happening to our bodies and minds during peri-menopause, we’re unable to manage its impact on our lives, our jobs and our families.

I'm a menopause coach and blogger and ex-biology teacher. My blog is here https://medium.com/@helenclare_70667, for a flavour of my approach - which is fun, frank, fact-based and feminist.
