Why would you ride a cow? Tales from my forth coming book ‘A lighter shade of blue’ I explore amusing moments from 30 years of wearing the Blue suit. The early rural years of coppering capers to urban high jinx, join me in looking at the humour that is often the only way to survive dealing with the public!

The talk is delivered as a stand-alone with no requirement for projection or screens, and therefore works well as an after-dinner talk or small group chat.

About Neil Littleales

I am a happily retired Public Servant who has a passion for history, postage stamps and art. After many years of dabbling in family history I studied for three years with the Institute of Genealogical and Heraldic Studies, Canterbury to gain my research qualifications. I enjoy helping others to discover their own ancestral journey through my inexpensive genealogical research service and run a fascinating art / craft business selling my recycled vintage postage stamp artwork; both ventures bring much joy. I have taken up public speaking to share information that I find enthralling in a hopefully entertaining way and to encourage others to seek hobbies and pastimes that certainly have improved my own quality of mental health. I have been successful in recently passing the Hampshire Women’s Institute speakers audition. I will travel throughout the county of Hampshire and just across the border into areas of Sussex, Dorset and Wiltshire.
