This talk is aimed at the over 55 population - so Probus Clubs, WI Foundations, over 50s and over 60s clubs and societies - to all of whom I have made presentations.

The talk is an interesting and light-hearted take about looking after your assets to enable your children/family to inherit from you. It involves a bit of history from Henry II and explains the usefullness of setting up Trusts. It also explains how homeownership works (contrary to popular belief, joint homeownership does NOT mean you own your home on a 50/50 basis), how to ensure your inheritance passes to the family, and also how probate can possibly be avoided.

Anyone who is a homeowner would benefit from this talk - it lasts about 30 minutes but 40-45 minutes with questions.

I hope to see you soon.
