This course focuses on the thinking - feeling - being relationship, and teaches how by having a better understanding of our natural learning processes we can make positive changes in our behaviour patterns.

"The information I present has been sourced from many external areas of study including. NLP, Neuroscience, CBT, Philosophy & Psychology and also even Taoist Tai Chi, Martial Arts and Tennis Coaching. I have now evolved this content to better serve the interests of those individuals I currently work with within the Mental Health sphere. The course has developed into a highly informative and entertaining series of one or two hour presentations that will be of great benefit to all".

Each one hour presentation is delivered in an interactive and very humorous and light hearted way that is highly educational, yet simple to relate to.

Presentations can be between 1 to 3 hours in length, or full courses can also be delivered over several days and can include up to 8 one hour presentations.
