Biography:

Michelle Raymond is a HR and Business Consultant with more than 15 years experience working in the property, facilities, entertainment and the IT industry. With her dynamic personal style and deep insights into leadership, personal effectiveness and change management, Michelle inspires purpose and drives action in your organization. But it wasn’t always like this.

Michelle has often shared her story of the time she spent married to a man accused of some of the most heinous crimes imaginable, and how she became the indirect victim of his crimes through publicity and stigma. She was harassed by her community, her home was attacked, and she fell into a deep depression all the while trying to mitigate the emotional impact this had on her young daughter. A decade has passed and she no longer wears the title of ‘The wife of a paedophile’ and now is known as a successful, focused, driven speaker and entrepreneur.

Your event participants will be blown away by her story and will take away a proven process to gain laser focus, take control of their business choices and become consistent in their delivery without life getting in the way.

Her presentations end with a rousing call-to- action that gets everyone engaged, accountable and ready to take bold risks which reaps great rewards. Just like she has!
