Public Health Collaboration is a charity promoting health and wellbeing through the use of Real Food. Ambassadors around the country run groups, work with GP practices and give talks to spread the message of the power of food. Especially useful for those with diabetes through a low carb approach, but relevant to all looking to improve general health or specific conditions. I used this approach to put an autoimmune disease into remission and have recently completed a MSc in Food and Nutrition to improve my knowledge of the subject.
