Biography:

Frank as a past university lecturer has presented talks to audiences of architects, engineers, art historians, and interest groups and the general public on both land and at sea. He can adapt each presentation and sets of subjects to the particular backgrounds, interests and needs of the audience. These fabulous presentations are illustrated via PowerPoint with high quality photography, site plans, architectural drawings, and historic images, etc., that provides us with a unique understanding of the world we live in and enables us to enjoy a higher standard of living that man has created since time immemorial.

Frank was an elected member of The Institution of Structural Engineers Governing Council for fifteen years. He regularly gives talks to The National Trust, Probus and numerous other groups. He was an elected member of Harrow Council for many years. He is President of The Ashridge Circle.

Frank is at present Chairman of The International Building Studies Group. The group has six talks each year and overseas visits. These have included visits to Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, Frankfort, Marseilles, Copenhagen and Chicago. We meet in London at The Royal Thames Yacht Club in Knightsbridge.
